| Financial Program We offer a finance program where you can own your OMT-Magnopro system after three monthly payments. Terms 3-month financing program: The Buyer agrees to make payment of the OMT-Magnopro product in 3 consecutive monthly installments. A one-time finance charge of $35.00 is applicable. On the date of the initial installment a 30-day money back guarantee applies. In the event of a product return within the 30 days, an $80 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. We will charge an additional refurbishing fee if the system is not returned in good order, clean in the original packaging and with all the original forms. Title to the product(s) remain with Body Fields USA Inc. until the total purchase price, together with any other costs/expenses connected therewith, are paid. It is considered a breech of this contract to rent or sell the OMT-Magnopro products without the written consent of Body Fields USA Inc. during the Financing Period. Upon default of Payment or Breech of Contract, an amount equal to the TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE of $1,750.00, less any payments credited to the buyer's account is due and payable, and may be charged to the buyer's credit card. If litigation is initiated, the Buyer agrees to pay for all legal fees, service fees, and interest as approved by the court.
